Create automatic product collections 

This feature significantly saves time by automatically grouping products based on predefined conditions. This powerful tool streamlines product organization, especially for large-scale campaigns, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. 

Step–by–step guide: 

Step 1: Log in to the Admin Page at: https://admin.gosell.biz/. 

Step 2: Click on the Products section, then select Product collections. 

Step 3: Click on Create Product Collection. 

Step 4: Enter collection information and select Automated as the Collection type. 

For example: Name the collection “Promotional products”, upload a relevant image, and choose Automated as the Collection Type. 

Step 5: Set product conditions: 

Define the criteria for products to be included in the collection. Products must match either All conditions or Any condition:  

  • Product title contains/ equals/ starts with/ ends with a specific word or phrase related to the product. 
  • Product price is greater than, less than, or equal to a specified value. 

You can add more conditions by clicking on Add condition. 

Note: Enter product attributes accurately for the system to recognize and filter products correctly. 

For example: To create a collection of promotional t-shirts where the product title starts with “T-shirt”, enter “T-shirt” as shown in the image below. 

Step 6: Click Save to finalize your changes and create the collection.
