Update or delete service collections 

This feature on GoSELL allows you to easily manage your service collections. You can update information like names, descriptions, images, and the services within a collection, or delete entire collections as needed. Follow the steps below to customize your service collections. 

Step–by–step guide:   

Delete a service collection 

Step 1: Log in to the Admin Page at: https://admin.gosell.biz/. 

Step 2: Go to the Services section, then select Service collections. 

Step 3: Use the Search bar to find the collection you want to delete. 

Be sure to enter the full name for an accurate search. Example: To delete the shirt printing service collection, you can enter “Shirt printing service“. 

Step 4: Click the trash can icon next to the collection you want to remove. 

Example: Delete “Tailoring service”. 

Step 5: Confirm deletion:  

A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the deletion.  

  • Click OK to confirm delete service collection.
  • Click Cancel to return to the previous page. 

Step 6: The collection has now been successfully deleted. 

Update a service collection 

Steps 1, 2, and 3: Follow the same steps as Deleting a service collection.

Step 4: Click the pencil icon next to the collection you want to update. 

Note: There are two types of Collections: Manual and Automated, each with a different method of adding services. 

Step 5: Make your changes:  

  • Editing information of collection: The collection’s name, and image. 

  • Adding Services: Choose between manual or automated methods based on your collection type.  
    • The Manual settings lets you select individual services. 

    • Automated settings uses rules to add services. 

  • Applicable Customers: This allows you to limit which customers can see the services within this collection on your online store. 

  • SEO Settings: Optimize your collection with a title, description, keywords, and a custom URL. 

Step 6: Click the Save button to apply your updates.
