Create new suppliers 

This feature allows you to create new suppliers, update and track information about wholesalers, and assign the responsible staff for each supplier. This ensures a diverse and stable supply of products to be provided to customers. 

Step–by–step guide: 

Step 1: Log in to the GoSELL admin page (Link: https://admin.gosell.biz/login). 

Step 2: Select the Suppliers category, then click on All Suppliers. 

Step 3: On the Supplier Management page, click the Add Supplier button. 

Step 4: Fill in the information about the new supplier, including: 

  • Supplier name: includes the supplier’s name, brand name, or product supplied. 
  • Supplier code: A code for the supplier, including letters, numbers or hyphens. 
  • Phone number: the contact number for ordering from supplier.  
  • Email: the email address for ordering from the supplier. 
  • Address information: includes street address (name of the street, hamlet), district, area (ward, commune, etc.) and province (city). 

Additionally, some other information should be provided: 

  • Responsible staff: the name of the staff responsible for managing and ordering from the supplier. 
  • Description: a short description of the supplier, such as the type of goods they sell, categories, prices, payment policies and other notes. 

Step 5: Click the Save button to complete creating the new supplier or Cancel button to discard this action.
