Create and segment customers with various criteria 

Customer segmentation is crucial for your businesses to understand your customer base better, enabling you to tailor your marketing strategies and improve customer service. GoSELL makes it easy to create and segment customers based on various criteria in just six steps.

Step–by–step guide: 

Step 1: Log in to the Admin Page at: https://admin.gosell.biz/. 

Step 2: Go to the Customers section and select Segment. 

Step 3: Click on Create segment. 

Step 4: Enter a segment name for your customer group. 

Step 5: Set the conditions for your customer group. You can choose from a range of options based on: 

  • Customers data: 
  • Registration date: during/ before/ after a specific date in dd/mm/yyyy format. 
  • Customer tags: Choose from pre-set tags. 
  • Available points: Based on customer loyalty points. 
  • Order data: 
  • Total orders count: Equal to/ greater than/ less than a certain number of orders per quarter/ month/ year/ all time. 
  • Total purchase amount: Equal to/ greater than/ less than a specific amount spent per month/ quarter/ year/ all time. 
  • Purchase date: Before/ during/ after a specific date in dd/mm/yyyy format. 
  • Purchased products: Select particular products. 
  • Dropship partners data: Based on registration date: Before/ during/ after a specific date in dd/mm/yyyy format. 

You can add multiple conditions by clicking on Add more conditions. 

Step 6: Click Save to finalize the customer group creation.
