Create and publish products across multiple channels and branches

Creating and publishing products on multiple channels and across different branches expands your customer reach, optimizes sales, and enhances the shopping experience. A multi-channel presence strengthens brand visibility and provides valuable data for analyzing product performance, adjusting strategies, and managing inventory effectively.

Step–by–step guide:

Step 1: Log in to the Admin Page at: https://admin.gosell.biz/.

Step 2: Click on the Products section, then select All products.

Step 3: Click on Create product.

Step 4: Enter Product information:

  • Product name: Provide the complete product name.
  • Description: Write a compelling product description, highlighting its features, benefits, usage instructions, and warranty information…

Step 5: Add product images:

  • Upload high-quality, visually appealing images that best represent your product.
  • Consider adding text overlays to the images, showcasing the product name, brand logo, and sales channel.
  • You can upload multiple images and choose one as the featured image (the first image displayed).

Step 6: Set product prices:

  • Listing price: The manufacturer’s suggested retail price or the official price announced by the supplier.
  • Selling price: The actual price customers pay for the product, which may include discounts or promotions.
  • Cost price: The product’s initial price before any discounts or promotions are applied.
  • VAT: This is a consumption tax added to the selling price of a product, usually calculated as a percentage of the price.

Step 7: Configure Product Variations and Units:

  • Product Variations: If your product comes in different sizes, colors, or other variations, create variations to provide customers with accurate options.

  • Unit of Measurement: Choose or input the appropriate unit of measurement for the product. Consistent units ensure transparency in transactions and help customers compare products effectively.

Step 8: Set Deposit Options and Custom Attributes:

  • Deposits: Enable the deposit feature for specific product attributes if you want to collect upfront payments or partial payments before order fulfillment.

  • Custom attributes: Add relevant attributes like size, color, material, weight, origin, features, and technical specifications to provide detailed product information.

Step 9: Optimize for SEO:

  • SEO title: Keep it concise and compelling (50-60 characters).
  • SEO description: Write a brief, engaging summary that encourages clicks (290-325 characters).
  • SEO keywords: Separate keywords with commas (e.g., keyword 1, keyword 2).
  • URL link: Create a user-friendly and SEO-optimized URL for the product page.

Step 10: Select Sales Channels:

Choose the channels where you want to synchronize and publish this product (e.g., Online Store, TikTok).

Step 11: Assign to Collections (Optional):

Add the product to relevant collections to group similar products together. You can search for existing collections by name.

Step 12: Manage Warehousing:

  • SKU (Stock Keeping Unit): Assign a unique SKU to the product. Different branches can have different SKUs for the same product.
  • Barcode: You can set a custom barcode or let the system automatically generate one.
  • Manage inventory:
  • Manage inventory by product.
  • Manage inventory by IMEI/Serial number.
  • Stock quantity:
  • Enter the total quantity available in stock.
  • If applicable, specify the quantity available at each branch.

Step 13: Enter Package information:

This section allows you to input details about your product packaging, such as:

  • Weight: Enter the weight of the packaged product.
  • Dimensions: Specify the length, width, and height of the package.

This information helps determine accurate shipping costs and allows for efficient handling and delivery.

Step 14: Set Product display priority:

By default, newly created or updated products appear at the top of the product list.

Use the priority setting to customize the display order. Products with higher numbers will be listed above those with lower numbers.

Step 15: Select Sales Platforms.

Step 16: Click Save to finalize the product creation process and publish it to your selected channels.
