Order report analysis
Order Report Analysis helps sellers efficiently manage and evaluate their sales by filtering and categorizing orders based on criteria in branches provides insights into revenue and performance, enabling data-driven decisions on rewards and business strategy.
Step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Log in to the Admin Page at: https://admin.gosell.biz/.
Step 2: In the Analytics section, select Orders.
Step 3: In the filters of the Order analysis section, select the following options to view detailed sales reports:
- Branch: View reports for any specific branch or all branches.
- Platform: Select all platforms or choose from Website, In-store.
- Employee: Choose to view reports for all employees or specific ones.
- Partner: Select all affliates or specific ones.
- Payment method: Choose from PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Cash.
The summary table will provide details on:
- Orders – Total amount.
- Cancelled orders – Cancelled amount.
- Returned orders – Refund amount.
- Confirmed refunded amount.
- Average order value.
- Product cost.
- Promotion campaign – Discount code.
- Direct discount.
- Redeem points.
- Shipping fee.
- Shipping discount.
- Order cost.
- TAX.
- Received/Uncollected amounts.
- Revenue.
- Profit – Profit after TAX.
Below is the Revenue Trend Chart, displaying total revenue and total orders.
To the right is the Heatmap, allowing sellers to track order distribution by time slots throughout the week.
Additionally, some charts display:
- Revenue by partner: Shows the total revenue generated by each affiliate’s sales activity.
- Revenue distribution by shipping location: Analyzes revenue based on customer delivery locations, helping sellers understand performance by region.
- Revenue distributed by staff: Tracks sales revenue generated by each staff member, aiding in performance evaluation.
- Top selling products: Lists the top-selling products over a specific period, helping sellers identify trends and optimize business strategies.
