Adding and printing barcodes and QR codes to your products is essential for efficient inventory management, allowing for quick product identification and tracking. It also enhances your professionalism and builds customer trust by providing easy access to product information.
In this article, GoSELL will guide you through the process of adding and printing barcodes and QR codes for your products.
Step–by–step guide:
Step 1: Log in to the Admin Page at: https://admin.gosell.biz/.
Step 2: Click on the Products section, then select All Products.
Step 3: Click on Print Barcode.
Step 4: Select products:
Select the products you want to print barcodes for by checking the boxes next to them.
Step 5: Add products to print queue:
- Click on Insert products.
- Then, click Next to proceed to the barcode printing page.
Step 6: Print product barcode:
Choose barcode type:
- Barcode: These are best for automated scanning using barcode scanners commonly found in inventory management, retail, and logistics.
- QR Code: Easily scannable with smartphones and tablets, offering a convenient way for customers to access additional product information.
Click on Print to generate and print your product barcodes.
Note: Choose between two paper sizes: 70mm x 22mm or 38mm x 21mm (more common – A4 Decal paper). A single A4 sheet can accommodate up to 65 barcodes. To save paper and ensure you print the correct number of barcodes, Count the products needing barcodes beforehand to ensure you print the correct number.
