Add multiple phone numbers or emails to customer profiles 

GoSELL introduces a significant improvement to customer management, that is the ability to store multiple phone numbers and email addresses within a single customer profile. This feature makes it easier for merchants to communicate with and nurture their customers, while also supporting effective remarketing campaigns. 

To add multiple phone numbers or email addresses for a customer, you can follow these steps.

Step-by-step guide: 

Step 1: Log in to the Admin Page at: https://admin.gosell.biz/. 

Step 2: In the Customers section, select All Customers. 

Step 3: Search for the desired customer by entering their name in the search bar or selecting them from the displayed customer list. 

Click on the customer’s account to access their information. 

Step 4: On the Customer Information Management page, you can add additional phone numbers or email addresses for the customer by clicking on the plus sign (+) icon next to each respective field. 

Step 5: Enter the information and then click Save to update the changes.
