Change information for orders pending confirmation 

While some software requires you to cancel and recreate a new order when needing to change information, GoSELL allows you to flexibly edit the order during the confirmation process quickly and conveniently. 

Here are the steps to follow: 

Step 1: To begin, log in to the GoSELL admin page (Link: https://admin.gosell.biz/login). 

Step 2: On the GoSELL Dashboard, click on Orders => Order list. 

Step 3: Click on the order with the status “To confirm” that you want to edit. 

Step 4: The system will display the details of the selected order. Click the Confirm Order button on the right side of the screen to continue. 

Step 5: At this step, you need to double-check all order information and make adjustments if necessary. The information fields you can adjust include: 

• Product quantity. 

• Delivery method. 

• Delivery option. 

• Sender information. 

• Receiver information. 

• Return information. 

• Order details. 

• Package information. 

• Total amount. 

Step 6: Finally, click the Confirm button to complete the process.
