Configure loyalty points 

Optimize your loyalty program with diverse loyalty points configuration. From setting up membership tiers, flexible point accumulation rules, to creating attractive promotional programs – it’s all within your reach. Enhance customer engagement and boost sales effectively. 

Step-by-step guide: 

Step 1: Log in to the GoSELL Admin Page: https://admin.gosell.biz/. 

Step 2: On the Dashboard screen, click on Marketing, then select Loyalty Points. 

Step 3: The system will automatically redirect you to the Loyalty Points Configuration page. Here, you can easily perform the following actions: 

• Point program:  

• • Activate Membership Points Program: Toggle the switch to enable. 

• • Enable expiry date for points: All customer’s point will be expired after N days since earned. 

• • Show point information on product/service detail page: Check the box to enable. 

• Customize how customer can earn point on your program:  

• • Customers will receive: X points for every Y USD spent. 

• • Refer a friend to create an account: Check the box to enable. (Coming soon) 

• • Introduce a friend visit website: Check the box to enable. (Coming soon) 

• Enable point redemption mode:  

• • Exchange rule: X points = Y USD for purchases. 

Step 4: Click Save to complete the loyalty points configuration.
