Create and manage warranty cards

After successfully creating a warranty template (see instructions HERE), you can now flexibly select the appropriate template to create warranty cards for customers. 

Step-by-step Guide: 

Step 1: Log in to the GoSELL admin page (Link: https://admin.gosell.biz/login). 

Step 2: On the GoSELL admin dashboard, click on the Warranty section and select Warranty Card. 

Step 3: You will be automatically redirected to the Warranty Card Management page. Click Create New Card to begin creating a warranty card. 

Step 4: All the warranty templates you’ve created will be shown on the screen. Choose the template you want to use for the customer’s warranty. 

Step 5: Fill in all the required information on the warranty card, including:  

  • Customer name. 
  • Phone number. 
  • Address. 
  • Warranty time. 

Step 6: Click Save to finish creating the warranty card. Then, double-check all the information on the card and click Publish to apply the warranty. 

Note:  

  • The published warranty cards cannot be edited. 
  • To stop the warranty service, select the customer’s warranty card and click End Warranty. 
  • For warranty history and details, visit the Warranty Information page of the warranty card.
