Create and segment customers based on purchased products 

Creating and segmenting your customers based on purchase product history is a smart approach that allows you to deeply understand the needs and behaviors of your target customer. This allows for personalized customer experiences through tailored marketing campaigns. 

Follow these steps to create and segment customers based on purchased products on the GoSELL platform.

Step-by-step guide: 

Step 1: Log in to the Admin Page at: https://admin.gosell.biz/. 

Step 2: In the Customers section, select Segments. 

Step 3: Click on Create segment. 

Step 4: Enter a name for the Segment group. 

Step 5: Select the product-based segmentation criteria: 

  • The seller selects the condition to segment customers based on Purchased products. The condition can match either All conditions or Any condition. (This choice does not affect the segmentation as it is solely based on the product). 

  • To add products, use the search bar to find specific products. 
  • Select products by ticking the box to their left. 
  • Click OK to add the selected products to the segmentation criteria. 

Step 6: Click Save to finalize the customer group creation. 

Customers who have purchased this product will be automatically added to the segment.
