Create location receipt

Creating location receipt is an important feature in warehouse management, allowing you to accurately track the location of goods and optimize storage space. This helps reduce errors and increase the speed of order processing. 

You can follow the instructions below to improve business operations through the creation of location receipt. 

Step-by-step guide: 

Step 1: Log in to the Admin Page at https://admin.gosell.biz/.  

Step 2: In the Products section, select Location receipt. 

Add products to the location 

Step 3: On the Location receipt management page, select Add product to location. 

Step 4: Enter the following information: 

  • Select the branch for exporting the product. 
  • Enter notes (if any). 
  • Select the reference information: 
  • Order. 
  • Transfer branch. 
  • Transfer reseller. 
  • Purchase order. 
  • Return order. 
  • Shipment package. 
  • Other. 

Step 5: Enter the product name in the search box to select the product to add to the import slip. 

  • Add the location (branch importing the product). 
  • Add the quantity. 
  • Click Confirm to complete adding the product. 

Step 6: Click Complete to create the import slip. 

Get product from the location 

Step 7: On the Location receipt management page, select Get product from location. 

Step 8: Enter the following information: 

  • Select the branch for importing the product. 
  • Enter notes (if any). 
  • Select the reference information: 
  • Order. 
  • Branch transfer.  
  • Partner transfer. 
  • Import order. 
  • Return order. 
  • Shipping package. 
  • Others. 

Step 9: Enter the product name in the search box to select the product to export from the import slip. 

  • Add the location (branch removing the product). 
  • Add the quantity.
  • Click Confirm to complete adding the product. 

Import in bulk 

Step 10: Select the branch to import the product batch. 

Step 11: Drag and drop or browse to select file. 

Note: 

  • The file should be in Excel format. You can download the sample file to input the information before uploading. 
  • After importing the products, the batch quantity and location will be reset according to the file. 

Step 12: Click Import to complete uploading the file to the system.
