Create membership levels for customers
Creating membership levels for customers is a crucial strategy to foster customer loyalty and enhance long-term value for businesses. Through different membership tiers, businesses can not only categorize customers based on their engagement levels but also offer exclusive benefits tailored to each group. This encourages customers to continue using products and services, driving sustainable growth for the business.
Steps to follow:
Step 1: Log in to the GoSELL Admin Page: https://admin.gosell.biz/.
Step 2: In the Marketing section, select Loyalty program.
Step 3: Under the Loyalty program, click Create membership level.
Note: Sellers can create up to 5 membership levels.
Step 4: Enter the information for the membership level:
- Tier name.
- Tier icon (optional).
- Auto segment, select Add segment.
- Enter a description of the membership level.
Step 5: Set membership benefits:
Note: Only applies to orders for purchasing products.
- Enter membership discount (%).
- Maximum discount amount (If left blank, the percentage discount will have no limit).
Step 6: After entering all the information, click Save to complete.
