Create orders at the store/ branches 

The GoSELL POS software allows you to create orders instantly while interacting with customers, reducing wait times and increasing service speed. In addition, you can easily choose the branches and create multiple orders simultaneously on a single screen.

Step-by-step Guide:  

Step 1: Log in to the GoSELL admin page (Link: https://admin.gosell.biz/login). 

Step 2: On the toolbar of the admin page, select Orders => POS – Instore Purchase. 

Step 3: The system will automatically navigate you to the Instore Purchase page as shown below. Click on the branch where you want to create the order, then click OK when the system displays a confirmation message. 

Step 4: Next, scroll to the Search bar, enter the keyword, and search for the product the customer needs to pay for. Then, click on this product and adjust the specific quantity. 

Step 5: To add a customer to the order, you can choose one of the following methods: 

  • Click Add Customer Information for customers shopping at your store for the first time. 
  • Enter the keyword to search for customers who already have a shopping account on GoSELL. 
  • Click the Barcode icon to scan the customer’s barcode to add them to the order. 

Step 6: For delivery orders, you need to tick the Delivery box, then fill in all the necessary information, including: 

  • Customer Name. 
  • Phone Number. 
  • Email. 
  • Address. 
  • Delivery Method. 

Note: Each delivery method have different fees, which are displayed in detail to easily compare and choose the most suitable delivery option. After making your selection, click Save to complete. 

Step 7: You can offer the customer one of the following three payment methods at the counter: 

  • Cash. 
  • Bank transfer. 
  • PayPal. 

Step 8: Enter any promotions for the customer if their order meets the conditions. These promotions include: 

  • Discount code. 
  • Discount amount. 
  • Discount percentage. 

Step 9: Enter a note (Optional).

Step 10: Review all the order information, then click Complete to successfully create the order. 

Note: During the checkout process at the counter, if any issues arise preventing you from completing the current order, you can add another tab directly on the POS screen to process orders for the next customers, thereby reducing wait times and efficiently handling transactions.
