Customer profile overview 

A customer profile compiles key information about each customer, including demographics, purchase history, and preferences. This allows businesses to target their marketing effectively and tailor their services to specific customer groups. With GoSELL, sellers can easily view customer profiles by following these steps. 

Step–by–step guide:     

Step 1: Log in to the Admin Page at: https://admin.gosell.biz/. 

Step 2: In the Customers section, select All Customers. 

Step 3: Choose a customer:  

Select from the list or search by name/phone number. 

There are 2 types of customers: 

Type 1 – No account: Customers who haven’t registered or provided enough basic information. 

Type 2 – Member: Registered customers with verified information. 

Customer overview information includes: 

  • Customer avatar. 
  • Membership: Ranking (Gold/Silver/Bronze) and loyalty points earned. 
  • Customer source: Indicates which sales channel this customer purchased. 
  • GoSELL order summary: A customer who purchases on a seller’s different channel with the same phone number will have two different customer profiles formed. 
    • Total orders: Total number of successfully delivered orders. 
    • Total amount: Total purchase amount from the past to present. 
    • Last 3 months: Total purchase amount in the last 3 months to present. 
    • Average value: Total amount / Total orders. 
    • Debt: The amount of money arising from the purchase of goods and services but not yet paid (or not fully paid) at the time of payment and must be transferred to the next payment period. 
  • Responsible staff: Staff authorized to take care of customers. 
  • Status: Unable to contact/ Contacted/ Not potential/ Potential/ Closing order/ Closed order. 
  • Basic info: Name, contact details (phone number, email), birthday, gender, ID card/ Citizen ID. 
  • Company name. 
  • Tax code. 
  • Country. 
  • Address: The area, district/ward of the city where the customer belongs. 
  • Tags: Attached to group customers with similar characteristics. 
  • Notes: Notes about customer information such as needs and preferences. 
  • Segment name: Customer classification created by the seller. 

  • Orders: A history of purchases and booked services across all channels. This section lists details of all customer orders. 
  • Debts: Outstanding balances arising from the purchase of goods or services that have not been paid (or fully paid) at the time of checkout and must be carried over to the next payment period. 
  • Related orders: Orders that share matching information (email address, phone number used for placing the order). 
  • Returned orders: Orders that have been returned to the seller due to product issues or customer requests. 

Sellers can also update a customer’s points by clicking on ‘Update Points’ in the customer’s profile.

After entering the points and the usage date, click ‘Confirm’ to complete the update.
