Customize displayed information on the receipts from POS
This article will guide sellers on how to customize the information displayed on printed receipts from GoSELL’s POS system. This will help create professional-looking receipts, provide customers with all the necessary information, and improve revenue management efficiency.
Step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Log in to the Admin Page at: https://admin.gosell.biz/.
Step 2: In the Orders section, select POS – Instore purchase.
Step 3: In the POS interface, click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 4: In the receipt settings section, sellers can customize the following information:
- Language: Select the display language for the receipt.
- Paper size: Choose the appropriate paper size.
- Displayed information: Select the information to display on the receipt, including:

- Store information: Store name, address, phone number, website (if any).

- Order information: Staff, order date, shipping method, payment method.

- Customer information: Name, phone (if any).

- Order summary: Product information, discounts, VAT, point, debt.

- Delivery Information: Recipient name, phone, address.
