Daily order processing is crucial for businesses to maintain customer satisfaction, improve efficiency, and ultimately drive sales. This article guides for daily order processing using the GoSELL platform.
Step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Log in to the Admin Page at: https://admin.gosell.biz/.
Step 2: In the Orders section, select Order list.
Step 3: Filter the orders by date. Select the Order date and choose Today.
Step 4: Click on the order you want to process.
A detailed order information page will appear, including:
- Order information: Order status, payment method, shipping method, sales branch, customer reward points.
- Product information: Product images, total product price, discounts, shipping fees, total payment.
- Customer information: Customer name, email, phone number, and outstanding balance.
- Billing information: Invoice details and billing address.
- Shipping address: Recipient name and shipping address.
After reviewing the order information, you can:
- Confirm the order: Click the Confirm button to acknowledge receipt of the order.
- Update order status: Change the order status (e.g., Pending confirmation, Processing, Packed, Shipped).
- Send notifications: Notify customers about the order status.
Note: GoSELL will automatically update the order status and notify the customer.
