Detailed inventory management on GoSELL 

GoSELL’s inventory management system gives merchants accurate, real-time control over their stock. Track inventory levels, sales, and product status to optimize warehouse operations, prevent shortages and overstocks, and ensure smooth business operations. 

Step–by–step guide: 

Step 1: Log in to the Admin Page at: https://admin.gosell.biz/. 

Step 2: Go to the Products section, then choose Inventory. 

 

The system displays each product’s image (thumbnail), product name, remaining stock, sold quality, goods in transaction, and status. 

Step 3: Efficient product search: 

  • Quick Search: Easily find specific products by entering their name or SKU in the search bar. 

 

  • Filter by Status: Narrow down your search by filtering products based on their status: Active, Deactive, or Error. 

  • Sort for Prioritization: Organize your inventory by sorting products according to Priority (High/Low) or Remaining Stock (High/Low). 

Additionally, merchants can access Inventory history to view information on inventory adjustments: 

  • Remaining product quantities. 
  • Actions taken (Change stock, set stock, restock, goods in the transaction, goods delivered). 
  • Transaction number. 
  • The user who made the changes. 
  • Timestamps.
