Export order list and track export history
The order list gives you a clear overview of sales, making it easier to evaluate business performance over time. With just a few steps, GoSELL helps you quickly export the order list into an Excel file based on your filter conditions. Let’s start.
Step-by-step Guide:
Step 1: Log in to the GoSELL admin page (Link: https://admin.gosell.biz/login).
Step 2: Select the Order category, then click on Orders List.
Step 3: Use the time filters to select the period during which the orders were created.
Step 4: Use the smart filter to search for and select the orders you want to export. The filter criteria include:
- Branch.
- Staff.
- Affliate.
- Product.
- Quantity.
- Platform.
- Payment method.
- Order status.
- Payment status.
- Discount code.
- Order tag.
Step 5: Click the Export button on the right side of the screen and choose your option: Export orders or Export orders by product.
Step 6: All selected orders will be exported into an Excel file. Choose the order information you want to export and click OK.
Step 7: A notification will appear on the screen informing you that the order list file has been sent to your email. To track the export history, return to the Order Management page, click the Export button, and select Export History.
The exported Excel file will include the following main information:
- Order ID.
- Product.
- Product code.
- SKU.
- Product unit.
- Product price.
- Branch name.
- Sales platform.
- Order status.
- Update sate.
- Payment method – Shipping method.
- Customer information (Customer Name, Phone Number, Email, Address).
Step 8: The list of previous exports will be displayed on the screen, including information such as file name, export date, download information, and status. If you want to download the Excel file again, click the Download icon as shown below.
