With the GoSELL management platform, sellers can optimize customer management by filtering customers based on specific criteria. Follow the steps outlined in this article to enhance your management and drive effective marketing strategies for each target audience today.
Step-by-step Guide:
Step 1: Log in to the GoSELL Admin Page: https://admin.gosell.biz/.
Step 2: In the Customers section, select All customers.
Step 3: In the All customers section, click on Filter.
Step 4: Here, sellers can filter customers based on various criteria, such as:
- Branch: Where the customer made a purchase or used a service.
- Segment: Customer groups categorized by the seller.
- Assigned Partner: Filter based on the affiliate who contacted the customer.
- Assigned Staff: Filter based on the staff responsible for customer care.

- All

- Greater than (Enter value)

- Equal to (Enter value)

- Less than (Enter value)
- Country: Select the Country and then continue to choose the State/region/province.
Step 5: After selecting your filter criteria, click Done.
The system will now filter customers based on the selected criteria.
