Import customer list  

Instead of manually inputting data, you can upload your customer list through an Excel file on GoSELL’s admin page. This optimizes time and human resources, especially when uploading large amounts of customer information simultaneously. Follow the simple instructions below to get started.

Step–by–step guide: 

Step 1: Log in to the Admin Page at: https://admin.gosell.biz/. 

Step 2: On the Customers section, click on All Customers. 

Step 3: On the All Customers page, click Import. 

Then, choose the specific branch to import the customer list. 

Step 4: Upload File:  

Drag, drop, or click to select your customer list file. Click Import to upload. 

Note: Use the provided template file for your product list. Ensure the file size is lower than 2MB. Click on it to download the template. 

Required fields:  

  • Customer ID. 
  • Full Name. 
  • Email. 
  • Phone Number. 
  • Tags (Alphanumeric characters only, maximum 35 characters per tag, no spaces. Up to 20 tags per customer.) 
  • Debt. 
  • Company Name. 
  • Tax Code. 
  • Gender (M: Male, F: Female. Leave blank if undefined). 
  • Date of Birth (Format: dd/mm/yyyy. Example: 20/12/2002). 

Step 5: Click Import to upload the customer list to the system.  

A notification will appear upon successful upload.
