Manage affiliate orders
The Affiliate Orders page displays all orders created by your affiliates. Here, you can manage which affiliate created the order, track the order processing status, and check whether the order has been paid and delivered. This allows you to optimize the affiliate order processing and effectively and accurately control revenue.
Step–by–step guide:
Step 1: Log in to the GoSELL admin page (Link: https://admin.gosell.biz/login).
Step 2: On the Admin page, click on Marketing category, then select Affiliates.
Step 3: The system will automatically redirect you to the Affiliate Management page. Here, click on the Order category.
Step 4: Click on the order you want to track, which includes:
- Commission by products.
- Commission by revenue.
Step 5: All orders created by affiliates that meet the criteria will be displayed on the Affiliate Order page. Here, you can choose your actions, such as:
- Search Orders: Order ID, Partner.
- Filter Orders: Using time filters or condition filters:
- Payment status: All, Paid, Unpaid, Partial paid.
- Delivery status: All, Pending, To confirm, Pickup pending, Process pending, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled, Returned.
- Approval: All, Pending, Approved, Rejected.
- Partner status: All, Active, Inactive.
- Process Orders: Click on the order number to be directed to the Affiliate Order page. Here, you can choose folllowing actions:
- Click the Edit Order button to modify order information. Then, click Save to confirm the changes.
- Click the Confirm Order button, verify the information, and click Confirm to agree with the action or Back To Order Management to return to the Order Management page.
- Click the Cancel button, enter the cancellation reason in the confirmation box, and click Confirm.
- Click the Print Order button to print the shipping label or receipt.
Step 6: Return to the Affiliate Orders page to check and ensure that the order has been successfully processed.
