Manage and approve affiliate accounts (External store) 

Affliate marketing feature is a solution to help your businesses enhance the management and productivity of their affiliate teams. Specifically, with GoSELL, you can easily:  

  • View and approve affiliate accounts. 
  • Block or unactive affiliate accounts. 
  • Unblock or reactivate affiliate accounts. 
  • Create affiliate groups. 

Step-by-step Guide:   

View and approve affiliate accounts  

Step 1: From the dashboard screen, select Affiliates => External Store. Here, the system will display the entire list of current affiliates for the store. You can easily search and filter the affiliate list on this screen. 

Step 2: Click on Partners => All Partners to view the list of affiliates who have registered and are awaiting approval. 

Step 3: Click on an affiliate with the status Pending, then select Approve or Reject as shown in the image to enable the affiliate account. 

With the Pending status, affiliates will not be able to view the product list or access other features. Only after their account is successfully approved will they switch to Active status and be able to use the features on the site. 

Block or unactive an affiliate account  

For affiliates who have stopped participating in affiliate marketing for a period of time, you can restrict their access by choosing Block or Unactive the affiliate account with the following steps:  

Step 1: From the Partner Management page, select an active affiliate account to view the account details page. 

Step 2: Click on Lock or Unactive as shown in the image. The affiliate account will no longer be able to log into the affiliate page if the action is successfully completed. 

Unblock or reactivate an affiliate account  

Step 1: Click on the account with status Blocked or Unactive 

Step 2: To reactivate the affiliate account, click Activate as shown in the image. 

Create an affiliate group 

With this feature, you can effortlessly organize your affiliates into different groups and quickly apply commissions to all group members. Any changes in information or commission can be applied to the entire group at once.  

Step 1: From the management screen, select Partners => Partners Groups. Then, click the Create New Group button and enter the group name as below. 

Step 2: Click Add Publisher to select the list of affiliates you want to add to the group. 

Step 3: After selecting the list of affiliates, click Add to Group.  

Step 4: Save the group information and affiliate list by clicking Save button.  

Double-check the affiliate list before activating the group. Click Publish only when you’re certain everything is correct.
