Manage products by a lot – date 

Managing products by lot – date helps you efficiently control inventory quality and ensure the best products reach customers. With GoSELL, lot-date management is streamlined with easy lot–date creation, searching, and filtering.

Step-by-step guide: 

Create lot – date 

Step 1: Log in to the Admin Page at: https://admin.gosell.biz/. 

Step 2: In the Products section, select Lot – date. 

Step 3: Click the Create lot – date button. 

Step 4: Enter Lot – date information: 

  • Lot name. 
  • Lot code (optional). 
  • Manufacture date. 
  • Expiry date. 

You can choose to have the system notify you of the expiration date by ticking Notify me when product expired in, then entering the number and pressing Enter. 

Step 5: Add Products by clicking Add product. 

  • Search for products by name or barcode. 
  • Select products and click Add. 

Step 6: Click Save to create the new product lot.  

Add products to a lot – date 

Steps 1 and 2: Follow the same steps as creating a product lot.  

Step 3: On the Lot – date management page, select the lot – date you want to add products. 

Step 4: Choose  Add products to a lot – date. 

Step 5: Select the products to add. 

  • Search by name or barcode in the search box or select products displayed in the list. 
  • Tick the empty box in front of the product and click Add to add the product to the batch. 

Step 6: Click Save to complete adding products. 

Searching and filtering lot product 

Steps 1 and 2: Follow the same steps as creating lot – date. 

Step 3: Search lot -date by entering the batch name in the search bar. 

Step 4: Click the filter option next to the search box to view lot – date by:  

  • Lot name. 
  • Lot ID. 
  • Lot code. 
  • Product name. 
  • Product barcode. 

Step 5: Use the filter to sort by criteria: 

  • Branch: All/Specific branch. 
  • Expiry date: 
    • All – time. 
    • Choose the expiry date by clicking the calendar icon, selecting the time, and then clicking Apply. 
  • Expiry in: 
    • All. 
    • Greater (enter a number). 
    • Lower (enter a number). 
    • Equal (enter a number).
