Print shipping labels and order receipts 

GoSELL is a multi-channel management platform that helps you manage their operations efficiently. One of the key features of GoSELL is its ability to print orders, including shipping label and order receipts. This article will provide a detailed guide on how to carry out this process on GoSELL. 

Step-by-step Guide: 

Printing shipping label and receipt for each order

Step 1: Log in to the GoSELL admin page (Link: https://admin.gosell.biz/login). 

Step 2: In the Orders section, click on Order List. 

Step 3: The Order Management screen will display a list of orders. You only needs to click on the specific order code to go to the detailed order information page. 

Step 4: Next, you click on the Print Receipt button, then select either Print Shipping Label or Order Receipt. 

  • Print Shipping Label: You will be directed to the Print Shipping Label page as shown below. Let’s check all the information, including seller and buyer details, order code, products, shipping provider, etc., then click the Print button to confirm action. 

  • Order Receipt: You can customize the information printed on the receipt (store information, customer information, delivery information, order code, order date, etc.), paper size (A4, K57, K80), and language. Then, click the OK button, check all the information, and select Print to proceed with printing. 

Printing multiple shipping labels and receipts simultaneously 

Step 1 & Step 2: Follow the same steps as printing shipping labels and receipts for each order. 

Step 3: Tick the box for All Orders or select the orders you want to print. 

 

Step 4: Next, you click on the Select Action button and then choose the appropriate action (Print receipt or shipping label). 

Step 5: The interface will show the shipping label or receipt printing page. Check the information, then click Print to confirm. 

Note: 

  • Check printer connection: Ensure your printer is working properly and has enough ink before starting the printing process. 
  • Accurate Information: Always double-check the information on the shipping labels and receipts before printing to avoid errors. 
  • Store receipts: Keep printed receipts for tracking, management, and revenue accounting.
