Set up affiliate commissions 

This guide provides a step-by-step guide for setting up affiliate commissions on the GoSELL platform. First, you’ll learn how to access the Affiliate Management page with your GoSELL account. Then, we will explain how to set up affiliate commissions based on revenue or products achieved by the affiliate. Let’s see.

Step-by-step Guide: 

Step 1: Log in to the GoSELL admin page (Link: https://admin.gosell.biz/login). 

Step 2: On the left-hand control panel, click on Marketing category, then select Affiliate. 

Step 3: The system will automatically direct you to the Affiliate Management page. Here, click on the Commission section. 

Step 4: All previously created commissions will be displayed. To create a new commission, click on the Add Commission button at the top right of the screen. 

Add commission by products 

Step 5: Enter the Commission Name, up to 65 characters, and it cannot be left blank. 

Step 6: Tick the box Commission by product and complete the following information: 

Commission Type 

• Percentage: The affiliate commission is calculated by multiplying the product sales by the percentage. 

• Amount: The affiliate commission is calculated based on a fixed amount per product sold. 

Applicable Product 

• All Products: Apply for all products in your inventory. 

• Specific Products: Apply for one or several specified products (Click Add Products, then check the products you want, and press OK). 

• Specific Collections: Apply for one or several specified collections (Click Add Collection, then check the collections you want, and press OK). 

Order’s Level 

This commission will be applied to the assigned affiliate if the order is created at a level that meets the set condition. 

• Commission Condition: All conditions or Any conditions. 

• Order’s Level: Choose one of the following options: 

• <Equal> Value. 

• <Greater than> Value. 

• <Equal or greater than> Value. 

• <Less than> Value. 

• <Equal or less than> Value. 

Step 7: After filling in all the information, click the Save button to complete. 

Add commission by revenue 

Step 5: Enter the Commission Name, up to 65 characters, and it cannot be left blank. 

Step 6: Tick the box Commission by revenue. Then, press the Add rate button to add a new line and enter the complete information in the following fields: 

• Revenue from: Enter the revenue amount that the affiliate needs to achieve. It must be at least equal to or greater than this amount.  
• Commission rate: The discount amount the affiliate can receive is calculated by multiplying the actual sales by the percentage.

Note 

• The commission calculation timeframe will default to monthly. 

• Press the Add rate button to add a revenue setting line or press the Trash Bin icon to delete that setting line. 
• If the data in two Revenue from lines are the same, the system will automatically announce “duplicate value”.  

Step 7: After filling in all the information, click the Save button to complete.
