Track orders with status and sending/receiving branches 

GoSELL introduces an advanced shipment tracking feature, allowing to access accurate information about the status of their goods easily. Sellers can track shipment status, sending/receiving branches, shipment history, and other useful details. This empowers them to address any issues that may arise promptly. 

Step-by-step guide: 

Step 1: Log in to the Admin Page at: https://admin.gosell.biz/. 

Step 2: In the Products section, select the Transfer option. 

 Step 3: For each order, sellers can monitor the shipping status, including: 

  • Ready for transport: The order has been packaged and is ready for shipping. 
  • Delivering: The order is on its way to the recipient’s address. 
  • Received: The order has been successfully delivered. 
  • Cancelled: The order was cancelled for some reason or delivery was unsuccessful. 

When accessing specific orders, you can also view information about: 

  • Sending/receiving locations. 
  • Product information and quantities. 
  • Shipping history. 
  • Location receipts.
