Update/Delete product collections 

The GoSELL platform allows you to update information such as name, description, image, and included products within a product collection. Sellers can also completely delete collections as needed. This guide outlines the steps for managing product collections. 

Step-by-step guide: 

Delete a product collection 

Step 1: Log in to the Admin Page at: https://admin.gosell.biz/. 

Step 2: Select the Products section, then click on Product collections. 

Step 3: Use the search bar to find the collection by entering the exact name of the product collection, including diacritics for accuracy. 

Note: Ensure you type the full product collection name with diacritics to find the correct collection for deletion. 

Step 4: Click the Delete icon next to the product collection in the search results or in the list of product collections. 

Example: Perform a collection deletion as shown in the image below. 

Step 5: Confirm whether you want to delete the product collection. 

• Click Cancel if you do not wish to delete and return to the previous page. 

• Click OK to confirm and delete the product collection. 

  Step 6: Complete the deletion of the product collection. 

Update a product collection 

Steps 1, 2, and 3: Follow the same steps as for deleting a product collection. 

Step 4: Click the Edit icon next to the product collection in the search results or the list of product collections. 

Note: There are two types of collections: Manual or Automatic, corresponding to the way products are added. 

Step 5: Perform the necessary updates. 

• Edit collection information: Name and images. 

• Add products to the collection: You can add products based on the type of collection (Manual/Automatic). 

• Manually adding products for a Manual collection: Select individual products to include in the collection. 

• Automatically adding products for an Automatic collection: Add products by setting specific conditions. 

• Add applicable customer: Limit which customers can view the products in the collection on your online store. 

Set up SEO keywords for the product, with the following configurations: 

• SEO Title: The optimal length is 50-60 characters. 

• SEO Description: The maximum length is 290-325 characters. 

• SEO Keywords: Keywords should be separated by commas (e.g., keyword 1, keyword 2). 

• URL Link: The product link URL. 

Step 6: Click Save to update the collection.
