View, filter, and manage reservations 

GoSELL’s built-in reservations system lets you easily track and manage your bookings. You can view detailed information for each reservation and perform various actions. See the guide below for how to manage your appointment bookings.

Step–by–step guide: 

View and filter your appointment list 

Step 1: Log in to the Admin Page at: https://admin.gosell.biz/. 

Step 2: Click on the Bookings section, then select Reservation list. 

The Reservation management page display various filters and information: 

  • Search Bar: Quickly find specific bookings using keywords. 
  • Time Frame: Selecting a specific date range displays the corresponding appointment bookings within that period. 
  • Booking Status: Filter appointments by their current state:
    • All Status: View all bookings regardless of their status.
    • To Confirm: Bookings made online that require your confirmation. 
    • Confirmed: Appointments you’ve confirmed. 
    • Completed: Services provided and marked as complete. 
    • Canceled: Appointments that have been canceled. 
  • Booking Details: Each listing displays the booking ID, service name, status, arrival date and time, customer name, number of participants, customer barcode, and total price. 

Step 3: Filter your list: 

  • Time Frame: Select a specific date range to see bookings within that period. 

  • Status: Filter bookings by their status using the options mentioned above. 

Manage your bookings 

Steps 1 and 2: Follow the same steps as Viewing and filtering your appointment list. 

Step 3: Select a reservation and perform actions: 

  • Click on the reservation you want to manage. For example: select the “Blazer tailoring service” appointment. 

    

  • Change the booking status to Confirmed so you can proceed with providing the service. 

  • Generate a printable receipt for the booked service: 
  • You can add extra information to the receipt before printing. 
  • Click Ok to complete printing the booking receipt. 

  • Select Cancel to initiate service cancellation. A dialog box will appear: 
  • Click OK to confirm cancellation. 
  • Cancel to return without changes.
