Payment and Subscription Policies

I. Introduction

Purpose: This page provides a comprehensive overview of GoSELL's payment and subscription policies, detailing the terms and conditions related to our pricing, billing, and account access.
Target Audience: This information is intended for all current and prospective GoSELL users, including those exploring our platform, those currently utilizing our free trial, and those with active paid subscriptions.
Effective Date: This Payment Policy is effective as of March 07, 2025. This policy may be updated periodically, and any revisions will be reflected with a new effective date.

II. Free Trial Period

Duration: GoSELL offers a free trial period of 3 days.
Features Included: During your 3-day free trial, you'll have access to explore a full range of GoSELL's features, including but not limited to:
  • Store setup and customization.
  • Product listing and management.
  • Order processing and management.
  • Access to select marketing tools.
  • Limited access to reporting and analytics.
No Obligation: The GoSELL free trial is provided without any obligation. You can explore the platform and its capabilities without needing to provide payment information upfront. There is no automatic conversion to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless you actively choose to upgrade.
How to Access Trial: To start your free 3-day trial, simply:
  1. Visit the GoSELL website.
  2. Click on the "Start Free Trial" or a similar button.
  3. Provide the required basic information to create your GoSELL account.
  4. You will then have immediate access to your GoSELL store and can begin exploring the platform.

III. Introductory Offer (First Month)

Price: Following the completion of your 3-day free trial, GoSELL offers an introductory first month for only $1.
Eligibility: This special $1 introductory offer is available to all new GoSELL users who have completed their free trial period. This allows you to continue exploring and building your online store at a minimal cost before committing to a full annual subscription.
Transition to Paid Plan: After the completion of your $1 introductory month, you will need to select and subscribe to either the Basic or Pro annual plan to maintain uninterrupted access to your GoSELL store and its features. If you do not select a paid plan, your store will be temporarily suspended, as described in Section V (Account Status and Data Retention).

IV. Paid Subscription Plans

Plan Options:
  • Basic Plan:
    • Price: $69 per year.
    • Key Features:
      • Drag-and-Drop Website Builder
      • Upload and Manage Products
      • Manage Your Business from Anywhere Using the GoSELLER App
      • CRM System: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Segmentation, Customer Debt Management, Customer Analytics
      • Loyalty Marketing: Loyalty Membership Level, Create Program of Earn Points and Redeem Points for Discounts
      • Promotion: Discount Code, Create Flash Sale Campaign, Buy X Get Y Creation
      • Marketing Support: SEO Optimisation, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Google Smart Shopping, Email marketing.
      • International Selling: Multiple language, Currency product pricing exchange by market (190+ countries)
      • Sales Channels: Professional e-Commerce website.
  • Pro Plan:
    • Price: $99 per year.
    • Key Features:
      • All features included in the Basic Plan, plus:
      • Point of Sale (POS) Software
      • Manage Branches/Inventory Locations
      • Affiliate Program: Affiliates, Multi-Level Affiliate
Billing Cycle:
  • All GoSELL paid subscription plans are billed annually.
  • The annual payment will be processed on the anniversary of your subscription start date. You will receive an email notification prior to the upcoming renewal.
Payment Methods:
  • GoSELL accepts the following payment methods:
    • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
    • PayPal
Automatic Renewal:
  • All GoSELL paid subscriptions are set to automatically renew annually to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • You can disable automatic renewal at any time by accessing your account settings and managing your subscription preferences.
  • If you disable automatic renewal, your service will remain active until the end of your current paid year.

V. Account Status and Data Retention

After Free Trial (No Plan Selection):
  • If you do not select a paid subscription plan (Basic or Pro) after your 3-day free trial and $1 introductory month, access to your GoSELL store will be suspended.
  • Your data, including product listings, customer information, and order history, will be retained by GoSELL.
  • Data will be retained for a period of 24 months from the date of suspension.
  • To regain access to your store, you must select and subscribe to a paid plan. Once payment is processed, your store will be reactivated, and you can resume operations.
Plan Downgrades/Upgrades:
  • Upgrading: You can upgrade from the Basic plan to the Pro plan at any time through your account settings. The upgrade will take effect immediately upon payment of the prorated difference between the two plans.
  • Downgrading: You can downgrade from the Pro plan to the Basic plan at any time through your account settings. The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current annual billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the Pro plan.
  • Any prorated costs or adjustments will be clearly displayed during the upgrade/downgrade process.
Account Cancellation:
  • To cancel your GoSELL subscription, you must access your account settings and follow the cancellation process.
  • As GoSELL's subscriptions are annual, no refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of your paid year upon cancellation.
  • Upon cancellation, your GoSELL store will become inaccessible at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days following the cancellation date. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.

VI. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund Policy:
  • GoSELL subscriptions are annual, and as such, we do not offer refunds for partial or unused portions of a subscription term.
  • The $1 introductory month is non-refundable.
  • In the event of a technical error on GoSELL's part that results in a double charge or incorrect billing, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the charge to request a review and potential refund. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
Cancellation Policy:
  • As stated in Section V, you can cancel your GoSELL subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellation will result in the termination of your subscription at the end of your current annual billing cycle.
  • There are no penalties for early cancellation. However, as mentioned above, no refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of your paid year.
  • Upon cancellation, your store access will cease at the end of your paid term.

VII. Payment Security

Data Protection:
  • GoSELL is committed to protecting your payment information. We employ industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure data storage, to safeguard your financial details. We do not store sensitive payment information directly on our servers.
Secure Payment Processing:
  • GoSELL utilizes trusted and secure payment gateways to process all transactions. These gateways employ advanced encryption and security protocols (such as SSL/TLS) to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your payment data. This helps to protect your credit card and other sensitive information from unauthorized access during transmission.
